The location of this hotel was amazing! It was right on the beach with fine views. And the R2 bus right next to the hotel was so convenient. It made it easy to explore the Hotel zone and Centro Cancun, with plenty of stores, restaurants, hotels, and nightclubs along the way.
The wifi in the room was very poor, frustrating since I was on a business trip and needed reliable internet access.

The view from our room was amazing, and the beach right in front of the hotel was beautiful. The warm pool and sea water were perfect for swimming. The restaurant served delicious food and the drinks were great. The concierge, Dolores, were really good too ensure our stay was enjoyable. She was professional and helpful in every aspect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great beachfront location with amazing views. Good food at the restaurant. Nice patios and outdoor seating areas. Free parking, gated, and security on staff. Safe and refrigerators in condo style rooms.

The hotel had good security, with several guards always present, making me feel safe. I appreciated the convenience of having the local bus right outside the complex, making transportation easy. The hotel's beachfront was well-maintained and provided a beautiful view. The room cleaning services were acceptable, and there was a coin laundry available.
